Terms of Service
The rules for using Listiy’s shared grocery-list services.
By using Listiy, you agree to use the service lawfully and to respect the privacy and access rights of other collaborators.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of list names, items, notes, and other content you create. You grant Listiy the limited rights required to host, synchronize, and share that content according to your instructions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse invitations, interfere with the service, access data without authorization, distribute harmful content, or use Listiy in violation of applicable law.
Service availability
We work to keep Listiy reliable, but the service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Offline changes can remain pending until a connection is restored.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Listiy at any time. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
Listiy Premium subscriptions
Listiy is free to use. Listiy Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that adds the features described in the app. The app shows the price, the billing period, and any free trial before you confirm a purchase.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, and Apple or Google processes it. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If a free trial is offered, the paid subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Canceling stops future renewals, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your Listiy account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds and price changes
Apple and Google handle refunds under their own policies, including any withdrawal rights that apply where you live. Request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play. If the subscription price changes, the store notifies you in advance as its rules require, and you can cancel before the new price applies. When Premium ends, the limits of the free plan apply again, and the content you created is not deleted.
App Store terms
If you download Listiy from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms are between you and Listiy, not Apple, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Listiy.
