Delete your Listiy account

Before you delete

Download your data first, because deleted data cannot be restored. In the app, open Account, tap your profile, then tap Export my data. On the web, open Account from the account menu and choose Download data export.

Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account does not cancel Listiy Premium, and Apple or Google keeps charging you until you cancel:

• App Store: open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Listiy, then tap Cancel Subscription.
• Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Listiy, and tap Cancel subscription.

Delete your account in the iOS app

1. Open Listiy on your iPhone or iPad and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap your profile at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion. You may need to enter your password or sign in again.

Delete your account in the Android app

1. Open Listiy on your Android device and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap your profile at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion. You may need to enter your password or sign in again.

Delete your account on the web

1. Sign in to Listiy at listiy.com.
2. Open Account from the account menu and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion. You may need to enter your password.

Delete your account by email

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@listiy.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify your identity before we delete anything and confirm when deletion is complete, within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in details, profile, username, and profile photo.
• Lists only you use, with their items, notes, photos, and attachments.
• Your receipts, price memory, stores, favorites, and device push tokens.
• Your sign-in sessions on every device.

What happens to shared and retained data

• Shared lists you own move to another member: the longest-standing editor, or otherwise the longest-standing member. Lists with no other member are deleted.
• Items and notes you added to other people’s lists stay on those lists, without your name.
• Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases under their privacy policies.
• Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.
• Records of support and privacy requests are kept for 12 months.
